Electroslag furnace

It has the function of protecting atmosphere, melting in the whole process of argon gas seal environment, and the oxygen and nitrogen increase in the melting process is small, to achieve the purpose of low oxygen and low non-metallic inclusion electroslag ingot production.

 

850 two high reversible cutting machine

 

850 rolling force 10000KN, 850 opening degree 600mm, pressing accuracy ±0.25mm. Meet the nickel base alloy, gas valve steel, hot work die steel and other steel blank rolling.

 

 

Danieli High Line

 

 

Including 24 rolling mill and finishing mill group, the production specification range of 5.0-34mm wire and coil, with step heating furnace, to meet the rolling production requirements of a variety of materials.

 

Double block mill

 

Including 4 reducing diameter rolling mills, improve the dimensional accuracy of wire, can control the diameter of 5.0-15mm specification range of wire ellipticity below 0.15mm, can meet the requirements of direct grinding.

 

Roller bottom annealing furnace

The temperature range of the production process is 450-950℃, the temperature uniformity in the furnace is good, and the temperature difference can be controlled within ±5℃, which meets the high performance requirements of die steel and special stainless steel annealing heat treatment.

Ring furnace

 

The process temperature range is 700-1100℃, which meets the solid solution treatment requirements of most stainless steel grades, and the products have uniform and stable microstructure and performance.

 

 

Hood type annealing furnace

 

Nitrogen protection atmosphere, the furnace temperature uniformity is good, the temperature fluctuation is less than 10℃, to meet the requirements of stable performance of various steel and control of decarbonization layer.
